OTM's
stand for "Of the Month". They are monthly awards given to recognize a
number of outstanding leaders that we have here on our campus at
UW-Oshkosh, in addition, the winners are sent onto regional and
possibly national competition.

When submitting an OTM you click on the link above. Once there
click on the button that says submit an OTM, either general or program
which ever applies. Fill out the form, once you are done hit submit!
